Plamen Kazakov

Born in 1963. In 1982 he graduated from the Specialized School for Artistic Stone Processing – village of Kunino, Vratsa region. He worked in the field of outdoor advertising and interior design. Since 1987 he has turned to painting, and since 1991 he has worked mainly in the field of icon painting. The icons he has painted since 2005 are intended mainly for the Meteora monastery complex in Greece. His works are owned by private collections in Bulgaria, the USA, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, etc.
