Angel Ninov /1927-2017/

He was born in 1927 in the town of Krivodol, Vratsa region.
A member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists, established with many solo and joint exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad.
The author “captures” nature emotionally and frankly, with poetic sensitivity.
His impressively romantic landscapes from old Sofia and from beautiful corners of the Bulgarian land are impressive.
“A painting is a painting when it is made in “one breath” and on the spot itself” – confesses the artist.
Works by Angel Ninov are owned by the National Art Gallery, the Sofia City Art Gallery, the Papal Museum in Rome and private collections in Bulgaria and around the world.
